These Terms of Service govern your use of Services provided by Face-One. Face-One reserves the right to terminate your membership if we discover that you are under the age of 18 years.
Your Account
To use our Services, you must register with us by creating an account ("Account") on the Site. You must provide honest, complete and updated information about yourself, including but not limited to your registration, payment and parcel collection details. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information and/ or data you have provided is misleading, inaccurate or fraudulent, we reserve the right to suspend and/ or terminate your use of our Services and/or Site. You shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information and activities of your account. The sharing of your Account with other persons may cause irreparable harm to us and we shall be indemnified against any loss or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits suffered as a result of the mishandling/ misuse of an Account. You shall not create multiple users accounts with the intent to, including but not limited to, abuse our staff or misusing our Services and/or Site. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

Users agree to post honest and objective reviews for products and services based on their own experience. Your post must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, or in any form of "spam." If your sharings are quoting the contents of other people, you should indicate the source of the contents clearly in your post. We may suspend or terminate our service and user accounts, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems or possible legal liabilities, infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties, or injecting fake product reviews for their own interest. If you do post content or submit material, you are deemed to have granted the Company a royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, translate and display such content throughout the world in any media. The Company has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit any activity or content. The Company takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
Purchase and Payment
You should carefully read the item detail page and review information such as price, shipping charges, etc. and terms and conditions for sales before purchasing an item. On receipt of the payment from the buyer, the Company shall instruct the seller to take necessary actions for delivery and the seller should ship and enter delivery information including the name of the delivery company, the tracking number, etc. through Merchant Dashboard within 3 business days from the date of the delivery instruction. If the seller fails to do so, the Company may cancel the transaction and shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damages to the seller due to such cancellation.
Cancellation, Return and Refund
Buyers may request for return of purchased items at any time within 7 days from the date of receipt. With respect to return-related matters, relevant laws and regulations shall prevail over the terms and conditions suggested by sellers. Return costs shall be borne by the party attributable to the return request, such as:
● - the buyer, where the return is due to his/her change of mind; and
● - the seller, where the return is due to the defects in the item, delivery delay or delivery of the wrong or different item
The money will be refunded to users after deducting the payment transaction fees, delivery fees, and other related fees if any.
Identity Verification
The Company is required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, notices and guidelines issued by the relevant government and regulatory authority, and Notice on Prevention of Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism. As such you authorize us directly or through third parties to make any inquiries we consider necessary to validate your identity. This may include, but is not limited to, asking you for further information or documentation, requiring you to provide a scan of your national identification documents/card (or passport), proof of address, the taxpayer or national identification number, requiring you to take steps to confirm ownership of your email address or financial instruments, ordering a credit report or verifying your Information against third party databases or through other sources.
User's Reward
Users can enjoy multiple types of rewards on our website:
1. Rewards for posting referral links on their social media.
2. Rewards for posting referral links for people to join our website.
Users can monitor their rewards under the [My Rewards] page. The rewards will appear in the user's account after the related buyer completes his payment. The rewards will be available after one month. The one month holding period is to avoid the complicated situation if the buyer requests for refund/return.
The Rewards are calculated based on a percentage of the total price. Users can read the percentage under the [My Rewards] page. Some products with lower profit margins may result in lower reward percentages. Face-One reserved the rights to update the calculation formula and percentage of the rewards from time to time.
Release
If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
No Warranties
We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and the operation of the Website may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. Accordingly, to the extent legally permitted, we exclude all implied warranties, terms and conditions. We are not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Website and services.
